Exactly my thoughts. Likely going to get that revuew of the claims against our 822 patent. What better time to find out then 2 days before potential revocation. As if we needed anymore ammo

Also should be noted that the appeals court only reviews about 30 percent of all appeals from a PTAB decision. Strength in Chanbonds appeal I reckon

Though with court dates through October on the appeal, it doesn't look like this thing will be settled in 2019. I would suggest we may see a request for an extension in the case against the 13 by Chanbond.
