The ITC matter may become irrelevant depending on what FDA action could ensue that resembles the warning letters written to 15 pharmacy chains, grocery chains, etc. re selling tobacco to minors mentioned earlier this morning.
Dr. Gottlieb did mention as many as 55% of such chains had been investigated re tobacco sale practices. What else might FDA agents have investigated while there?
