My notes identify a Notice to Shareholders dated 6/23/2017 regarding LP IV & V after LBH Plc was restored to the UK's register of companies on February 3, 2017.

Is it your impression the LP IV & V claim isn't to be paid?

RSM says it should be.

What is the point?

I am pretty sure cotton read the letter because after research this weekend and from memory, I can tell he read it by some of his language on his "letter" to chapman.
