While I agree we deserve answers. I think you kind of answered yourself in a way. The Nov 29 8K mentions the issue with the Bizright revs.

So we know the agreement had terms of cash and shares to issue.

Which shares were increased in Oct 2018 (voted on) and we all noted the increase in Restricted shares before end of Dec 31st. (Signaling BizRight getting shares.)

Then a follow up PR was put out stating that revs can now ve recognized in Feb.

At tgis point in my eyes what more can they answer. We simply have to wait for this Q to come to light and see revs recognized. Simple as that.

If no revs are recognize at least in this Jan-March and or following Q. We have an issue.

Like I said I wabt answers too, but I feel the answer has be given. Take note of their latest Facebook post. Reiterating the BZRTH option. Maybe that is our answer....?

This was very helpful to me, it was part of the evidence I’m getting ready to submit to verious agencies for answers since Mr Chan refuses to update its shareholders about the confusion.

If one reviews manifests since Dec2017 announcement, none of the consignee names indicate BizRightHydroponics or BZRTH, appear all products since deal indicate imported by BizRight ..??

But, then again, i get enamored in the details..But Jimmy did recently say "modified agreement"..Curious if it includes BZRTH trademarked Simple Deluxe brand that includes aquaponics/fans/clamps/ties and/or the Simple Deluxe Toasted Marshmallow Tongs, Simple Deluxe Bathmats and the Cat Scratchers?
