I believe bizright did not want bzrth. They want Sgmd to assume
This company . It's sound like the understanding of the first agreement
Did not include bzrth and it was a option to buyout later.
This sounds like there was a language mishap in the first agreement
Coursing the delay . I'm not a lawyer but I'm sure agreements could be
Misconstrued .
Anyway Sgmd exercised their option to get the deal done .
Except revenue to accelerate In the next 10q . Expect Sgmd to
