Maybe 20 years ago.

These days construction is much improved with the right tools. 3 months is standard now if you start from scratch.

But key is to have the location in place and ready. As you know most stocks run simply on forward looking statements of a business plan (ANDI was projected 100M in revs by end of last year (biggest scam ever) but the stock ran to nearly .04 simply in anticipation of the product)

Once the acquisition is announced, their market cap is instantly realized by the asset they now own.

But you know this.

The new Proposed Medical Marijuana Caregiver Center in Michigan is already up to building code , as stated in the PDF,, Slap a few shelves and a CASH register in there , load it up with Pot , and your in Business..I would assume licensing is being applied for , as we will see in the next Press release .. When I google 14400 Woodrow Wilson Detroit MI. i see many industrial buildings adjoining the new MMCC,Looks like the perfect spot ..And what about Calif.??? Growers are flocking to Santa Barbara county, and getting licensed there also.. AND THE COST OF DOING BUSINESS, is not as INFLATED as was stated in an earlier post .. A grower can harvest 2000 pounds of weed in a 10,000 Square foot Green house a year.After all expenses, including the vapor odor operating system. a grower is making a profit of over $500 a pound . Pot is going to be a multi Billion $$$ business in Cali alone.. Not to mention all the rest of the Country...
