Royal Dude, not clear what you mean with your warning letter. Are you stating one should not write a letter to UST? IMO, if one is not proactive stating their opinion then things can take place and not much one can do after the fact.

Yes I do not trust the hedge funds and Estate management and counsel. I do plan on another letter which I will post on Monday for your review.

Warning, This will not make me very popular but here goes:

Do you trust the hedge funds?
Do you trust your local Politicians especially Washington D.C?
Do you Trust our Legal Representative for the Litigation Trust, Brian Rosen?

Anyone will use and abuse you for some personal advantage and will eat you up. Please be careful what you wish for from those of little moral character. Do not get involved into something that will destroy you.
