Ask them how they can let JPM walk away paying just 1.9B for WMB if what is left in WMI is not much? You may be able to get on the phone to talk with Tepper for instance instead of trying to "talk" with the judge or the trust.
Fair or not fair, the judge made the court ruling and she cannot change it anymore even if she wants to, unless someone appeals to a higher court. The trust has only the job of liquidating what is left. So you are talking to a wall if you talk with them.
The HF technically owns the Estate along with us as Debtors and they have the same right as shareholders to sue JPM, and they do have deep pocket to sue.
