America is still waiting on those trade deals, the Trans Pacific Partnership is now two years of Trump doing nothing, meanwhile those Far East countries signed a new treaty with themselves, thanks to China taking the lead, and all of that trade has left America. The NAFTA trade deal that was in place is no longer, and Trump has supposedly done another one, but his Republican's have not ratified it, so once again there is no treaty in place.
Mexico has looked elsewhere for trade deals, and signed a new one with China.
Canada meanwhile, a strongest trade partner has also looked elsewhere, and now does more business with China. Trump grabs a quick headline by taking America out of treaties, and trade deals, but Trump never gets anything done.
Just like Trump in Hanoi, there is always something that prevents him from getting anything done. Meanwhile North Korea now has nuclear weapons, and keeps making more thanks to Russia and China becoming North Korea's new allies.
