Maybe that's why PV said he doesn't own any shares....perhaps he's made it clear with Wessal that he's not buying or selling them at the same time Wessal is accumulating.

Wessal will not sell one single share. Not even at $10.

They planned to be the owners of this company. They are not coming to make a buck or two out of this.
