WOW! No shares left. We fly and shorty buys. Wessal will begin unloading above $2, I suspect, as they buy on the way up to 125mil. They will want the shares before the uplisting as well! They will prob hold as many shares as they can, selling everything over 25% for profit. If they plan on taking SLJB from Consultech they will hold all. I doubt this will happen cuz of the number of shares Consultech has/will hold. CCM only needs 401mil total of the A/S to maintain control and they will have 500mil after the R/M, between the two. This will prevent Wessal from taking majority from either entity.
