Thanks for making the call to Petar, dcbass. We needed that clarification.
I also want to thank ed53wa for being the first post I read that suggested Petar got blindsided by what the interview was SUPPOSED to be about versus what it ACTUALLY turned out to be about. I slept much better last night as a result. ( :

I am usually skeptical about indirect one-sided interpretations from poeple about their conversations with any company CEO. whether good or bad. But it is clear that PV talks to people...

I see nothing bad about the company in what you post...Except it is unfortunate that some folks have so much malice in them that the CEO claims to be questioned...That is a shame. The good news is that he is not in handcuffs...As for 2 I agree with PV and the rest are all as mentioned before.

I think after the AFs, if they really come, PV should really limit access to himself to Blogging details of PRs as they are released...

The traffic on this board is so intense today that, for all I know, someone has posted and reposted this interpretation. If so, I apologize.

But I see a great deal of angst surrounding Petar being on travel during the supposed release date for the A/F.

Has it occured to anyone that the travel may be so that he can be present at the site of a major investor, or be present with newly announced business venture partners at the moment of the announcement? For celebration, photo-op or whatever, with the really big guys who have been, thus far behind the scenes?

As I said, I am like half a thousand entries behind, so if this is old discussion, sorry.

But SLJB can afford a dividend, and he does not want to issue one for a long time? How about the idea that major shareholders could give the div back as planned from the Dennis Ammerman days?

A div of .01 per annum would amount to $5mn total for the 500mn share outstanding.

That would not be too expensive considering their profits should be in the 60-70-80mn for 2007.

But would understand better if Petar could confirm that SLJB has not been heavily shorted.

Also, it is discouraging when he says this stock isn't for those who want to make a quick $$$. It is discouraging for longs in that...how long until we realize a fairer share price? Isn't this supposed to be at NASDAQ level or did Steve Sulja mispeak? Or will the assets truly be the kicker?

Prof.

I own a few million shares of SLJB. Long and strong.

Lots of building in Dubai is an understatement
