A dividend and RM of Consultech Midwest into Sulja are intents stated some time ago, including being posted on MAM when it was up and running. To not pay a dividend would be a change of course. To delay the RM of Consultech Midwest would be a change of course as well. Safe money would be a bet on the payment of a dividend and RM sooner rather than later.

That sounds like a quick buck to me. Petar is somewhat contradicting those comments now. Riddles, riddles, everywhere.
