You have a good point of view there. We really don't know exactly what happen behind the close door. However, It's not the norm for a pinky announce retired hundred million shares especially the o/s here is not that much to concern. On top of that! why the need to do it immediately return share to the treasury? Giving all the potential outcome you point out. It's make sense for them to settle this matter before the public know about them violations on our patents. IMHO:))
