You have to be kidding. It has been posted about 3 or 4 times. It was funded with cash deemed immaterial by Aurora.It is an all cash deal. See post #43643 ( shows Email from Aurora stating that, see below) and #43634, 343688 and 43714. Don't want to believe it , doesn't matter, that's what it is. By the way great Due Diligence.

The cost to acquire the 51% ownership is considered immaterial. The transaction is to be funded in cash.
