The news release I read about today's acquisition did not mention how the deal was financed - AND since Aurora has a long track record of diluting its shareholders - I just assumed that they were doing it AGAIN.
IMO, the reason why Aurora dropped from $12/share back to $5/share is because of the constant dilution.
"Big Money" hates to be diluted - that is why they went to CRON and Canopy and Aurora is trading in the $7/range.
