I sure hope this deal is all cash. I've had enough of Aurora's constant dilution. When I bought into ACBFF, it had approximately 200 Million shares outstanding - now it has approximately 1 Billion.
CRON and Canopy raised capital without diluting their shareholders and their stock price reflects that brilliant move.
Aurora on the other hand could not hold $12/share and dropped back way down to $5/share - while CRON and Canopy were flying high.
