Best exert IMO--'Shareholders hoping to make a bunch of $ $ real quick are not what he's about. He's building a company and short term fluctuations dont concern him.' Very diplomatic way of telling many who hold 'scared shares' to take your frickin RCMP,your f.upped SEC,your snot nosed reporters, your frickin cell phones, and your G.D.Blog posts, and GFYM. I got a business to run and you sh8ltheads are doing all you can to muck it up. GREAT JOB PETAR! LUV YA MAN!

What is this all about "Wessal has bought about 100 mil through different 'American Concerns'. He himself doesn't own a single share in the company and he doens't allow his employees to own shares." Who in the hell owns all the shares then? So much for a tight float. What is it Wessal 100 million, IHUB 400 million? I really hope that post is just more BS. Never a good thing IMO when people in the company don't have a large stake. Can the 15th just come to pass already!!

dcbass....I find your post hard to believe. First.....why would Petar tell you the name of the company they are getting Cement from? Second...as an investor that has no motive...maybe you should do a little DD on the company!!!! Why would you post the name of the company on ihub as this has caused alot of problems in the past....can you say nincompoop. If I'm wrong...my bad.

DCB - thanks much for sharing this relative "wealth" of information from the "horse's mouth". It's more than we've gotten prior to now, and I sincerely appreciate you taking the initiative to call given the dubious nature of the Gary Rennie interview. Certainly a very strange situation indeed!

Just wondering who and why anybody would have called the RCMP but at this point, nothing surprises me anymore.

What about concern of hostile takeover by Wessal?

Your thoughts would be appreciated. Great job and thanks again.

RCMP at his house? Come on...that's a croc ... the RCMP wasn't even mentioned till late afternoon, so assuming someone called them, they would dispatch someone ASAP, like a 911 call? Give me a break...this is like Petar's comments about callers killing a 350 million dollar cement deal...hundreds of calls to some unknown Middle Eastern country?
Something wrong here folks...someone is delusional...If Petar really did say these things, we are not in a good situation...the scam word comes forefront, unfortunately

#154612 RE: dcbass #154329

Thanks dcbass...

For creating more MGB and FUD...Maybe if you had recorded your half hour converstation and posted it here, you might have gotten SOME credibility...I wish everyone who claims to have talked to Petar on the phone had done this too...Of course, you would have ask his permission to record the conversation beforehand...

IHUB allows you to post sounds into a post for your informtion, and it's really not that hard to do...If anyone would like to know how to do this, I know how, and have recorded and posted complete Conferece Calls and phone conversations with CEO's I've talked to...The one's that have nothing to hide will usually agree...

1) Your first paragraph concerning the RCMP (Canadian CIA) showing up at his HOME is totally unbelievable to me to say the least...IMO if they were going to interview him, it would've been at his office and NOT at his home...It amazes me the lengths the shorters will go to in and effort to keep a lid on the pps just days before the AF's are to be released...And he's blaming US?...The LONGS, the BELIEVERS, the one's that have the most to lose just before the Goose lays the Golden Egg?...Surely he knows who's behind these attacks from the reporter and the Dudley Doorights...

2) Of course he knows who did the audit...It's his job to know that, and to also know where the Pro Forma's were created also...His reply to the reporter from the Windsor Star was he didn't even know who did the Unaudited Financials...Unbelievable!...The assests from five different countries is an interesting twist if true, and it's nice to know these assest will be included in the AF's...

3) As I recall from the Blog, Petar did say that Quarterly 8-K's would be submitted to EDGAR after the first annual AF's are released...You seemingly contradict something he said in an official forum...Maybe he's changed his mind on this subject...Hmmmmmmm...

4) As tighted lipped as Petar is about most things, I highly doubt he told you the name of the Company he inked a cement deal with...Especially after losing the $350MM cement deal because too many investors were calling Ramada to verify it...To leak that kind of information to a shareholder would create the same kind of calls to Lefarge, and have the possibility of losing that deal too becasue of massive amounts of calls from shareholders trying to confirm it...I also doubt he would give out inside information to a shareholder about a deal that hasn't been released to the public in an official News Release first...

5) OK, no dividend is in the works...He never said one would be offered...That was just chatter from the board here as a possible way to "get shorty"...I never expected a dividend to be offered...

6) So Wessal is buying 25% of the company, and is trying to "hide" the fact that they are majority stockholders by splitting it up between five "American Concerns"...IMO that's not good...That means if SLJB goes to the OTC.BB or beyond and must file all material events in an 8-K, that means Wessal will be able to unload all of it's shares on the sly without notifying the shareholders it has the intention to do so...To be honest, this sounds to be totally dishonest and illegal...

7) Your last paragraph is the one I have the most trouble believing...

"I guess that's the jist of it. I'm glad I spoke with him and I'm looking forward to seeing the AF's on the 15th. (not before). I'll visit him in a few weeks. And he'll be gone next week so we're on our own lol. But I'll sleep well until then."

PETAR IS GOING TO BE OUT OF TOWN THE WEEK THE AF'S ARE GOING TO BE RELEASED?...YOU'VE GOT TO BE JOKING!...AND WHO IS GOING TO RELEASE THE AF'S, HIS SECRETARY?...YOU MAKE IT SOUND LIKE HE'LL BE ON HIS YACHT ON THE WAY TO HIS NEW HOME IN THE CARRIBEAN OR SLOVAKIA WITH ALL OF OUR MONEY...I DON'T SUPPOSE YOU ASKED HIM "WHY" HE WAS GOING TO BE OUT OF TOWN THE MOST IMPORTANT WEEK IN THIS COMPANY'S HISTORY???...

I've reviewed all of your posts on this board, and you seem to be bullish on SLJB, so I won't label you as a basher, or claim that you have stated any mistruths...My reply to you is just my honest reaction to the things you have posted here...

No agenda, I just replied from my last saved post. I spoke to Petar from maybe 5:50 to 6:20. And had to rush to my 7:30 hit.

All of the following is from what I scribbled hastily as he spoke, so take it with a grain of salt.

First of all, us shareholders (not investors, but shareholders) have caused him considerable grief lately. He had the RCMP ? (Canadian verion of the CIA) waiting for him at his house because of all the shareholders thinking this is a scam (in a nutshell). In a little town like his, this kind of thing is huge. Big pain in his A$$. So he is not real happy about that (or us).

Probably the most important thing that he said was that of course he knew who did the audit. He held the interview guy in some amount of contempt, apparently. I didn't ask about whether the numbers were close. He did offer that what we're looking at is the financials of the company from June 1 2005 to May 31 2006. The point of interest is the assets. They have assets and contracts from that time period that will be reflected in the AF's. The current entity has assets from 5 different countries! When you combine companies from 5 different countries, some assets are retained and some transferred. This apparently is complicated stuff (I've never tried it so I'll have to take his word for it).

Thus the difficulty in the audits. He also said that going forward, the quarterly reports will not be 'audited', but the following annual report will be. This is due to the 5 countries involved. The difference in currencies alone is enough reason not to audit the quarterlies.

He also said that he has sealed a deal with Lefarge (?) for supplying cement ( I think he said to the ME). The deal is between $1 and $2 per metric ton for 42 metric tons. It will be realized over the next 3 years. This will translate into about $84 mil. I didn't ask about other deals.

Regarding shorting, he doesn't think of it as an issue. He WILL NOT issue any sort of dividend anytime soon (like years). He said that the only way this company could ever be a 'home depot' is if every cent goes back into the corporation.

I'll paraphrase here, but he basically said that the shareholders hoping to make a bunch of $$ real quick are not what he's about. He's building a company and short term market fluctuations don't concern him.

Wessal has bought about 100 mil through different 'American Concerns'. He himself doesn't own a single share in the company and he doens't allow his employees to own shares.

About Edgar, he said that they would "receive the AF's". I didn't totally understand what he was saying, but it was almost like since we're a pinky, Edgar might not choose to post them. Don't really know what he was trying to say.

I guess that's the jist of it. I'm glad I spoke with him and I'm looking forward to seeing the AF's on the 15th. (not before). I'll visit him in a few weeks. And he'll be gone next week so we're on our own lol. But I'll sleep well until then.

Do you really think the RCMP gives a rats butt about a publicly traded company out of NEVADA!?..

IMO Petar is starting to worry me..Just like the 100s of calls
to the cememnt contractor that screwed up the contract!..

If the RCMP visited him..which I highly doubt..it wanst because of his shareholders..JMHO

Petar not owning a share in the company....That explains a lot to me, like, seeming to care less about shareholders than any other CEO of a publicly traded company.

From posts of people who supposedly have talked to Petar (And I don't believe everyone here who claims to have done so has actually done so), it truly does seem like Petar is not interested in running the company as a publicly held company, just making money. This helps to answer the question of why he is stepping down as CEO in a few months....this definitely is not his cup of tea.

He does seem to be sidestepping the Edgar posting issue a bit. Seems like in their PRs, they should just come out and say, "We're posting the AFs on our website and at the same time, we're sending them to Edgar for filing." Doesn't seem that difficult of a thing to say to me..and it would ease shareholders' minds. However, that brings us back to Petar and his lack of concern for shareholders.

This comment also concerns me: "I'll paraphrase here, but he basically said that the shareholders hoping to make a bunch of $$ real quick are not what he's about. He's building a company and short term market fluctuations don't concern him."

If the above is true, then what about the PR that stated (granted, it was from Stevie, not Petar):
"...Our long term investors know we are worth more and within a year, we will give them one of the greatest short term returns in the stock market." Those two statements don't jibe.

If these conversations with Petar are really occuring, then I think that in the long run it is good to have him with the company, however, the sooner he is NOT our CEO the better for the pps of this stock.

All imho.

That post has NO MERIT in my book. And you say that you have no agenda??? Pleazzzzzzzze save me the BS.

I am so tired of people saying that they talked to Petar and soon as they hear something that they don't like they claim it is the end of the world.

What gives?
