Petar not owning a share in the company....That explains a lot to me, like, seeming to care less about shareholders than any other CEO of a publicly traded company.

From posts of people who supposedly have talked to Petar (And I don't believe everyone here who claims to have done so has actually done so), it truly does seem like Petar is not interested in running the company as a publicly held company, just making money. This helps to answer the question of why he is stepping down as CEO in a few months....this definitely is not his cup of tea.

He does seem to be sidestepping the Edgar posting issue a bit. Seems like in their PRs, they should just come out and say, "We're posting the AFs on our website and at the same time, we're sending them to Edgar for filing." Doesn't seem that difficult of a thing to say to me..and it would ease shareholders' minds. However, that brings us back to Petar and his lack of concern for shareholders.

This comment also concerns me: "I'll paraphrase here, but he basically said that the shareholders hoping to make a bunch of $$ real quick are not what he's about. He's building a company and short term market fluctuations don't concern him."

If the above is true, then what about the PR that stated (granted, it was from Stevie, not Petar):
"...Our long term investors know we are worth more and within a year, we will give them one of the greatest short term returns in the stock market." Those two statements don't jibe.

If these conversations with Petar are really occuring, then I think that in the long run it is good to have him with the company, however, the sooner he is NOT our CEO the better for the pps of this stock.

All imho.
