Im going to go ahead and call BS on that post from way back then..You can call a canadian brokerage if you want to confirm but from the 3 i talked to all of them have said the same thing..Actually call virtue yourself at Phone: 416.847.7221 and they will tell you what i just told you..In fact they will tell you that they cant trade alot of OTC stocks not just ANDI..
A CTO affects all Canadian brokers,they were actually nice enough to give me a couple examples of USA brokers i could sign up with and use to avoid the CTO,but of course i was told it wasnt wise because if a CTO is issued for a stock its usually a pretty good guess that particular stock is not on the up and up..
