Because the fact is investors are being led to believe a CTO is no big deal, when in fact it is the biggest red flag here..

What you conviently left out of your post was Canadians could buy ANDI only if they used a broker that wasn’t canadian..

Again I’ll tell you the amount of Canadians that trade with strictly canadian brokers is a lot more then your suggesting..

The big deal is no one that uses a canadian broker is going to go threw the trouble to open another one outside of Canada just to buy a scam like ANDI..

ANDI is current and still can’t get the CTO removed, why is that? Wtf did ANDI do that they can’t provide the paperwork to Canadians that are requesting in order to remove the CTO?IMO it’s got something to do with fraud..Only a matter of time before it catches up to them in the USA as well..

Candians posted on here that they were buying stock through US brokers. Once again if they want to buy this stock they will find a broker it is just that simple.

As I said before, I recall no such posts. Got a link?

And it isn't "just that simple". Back in the late 90s, it was common for US citizens (or residents) to have accounts with Canadian brokers, and vice versa. But all that began to change in the early 2000s. As anti-money laundering laws were tightened, it became harder and harder for people to have cross-border accounts.

Nowadays, it can be difficult even for U.S. expatriates to maintain their U.S. brokerages accounts in some circumstances.

Agree! Folks from Canada have announced on this board that they have purchased ANDI Stock. Not a problem! Go ANDI/Utopya/SWS and GLTA!
