I didn’t say ANDI didn’t “acquire” SWS, I said SWS was a dead company when “acquired” and “owned” by the former lawyer and interim CEO of ANDI. Not exactly the kind of acquisition that enriches anybody and I don’t expect anybody was beating the door down to get SWS off the scrap heap that it was on.
