The resigned RA was Vcorp Services, LLC. If you follow the link to the PDF that contains the actual resignation statement -- it was filled out and signed by Anthony Palazzo for Vcorp -- there are three dates on the document:
1) 12/01/2018 - Date of resignation near the top of the form 2) 02/11/2019 - Date the resignation form was actually signed 3) 02/14/2019 - Date in the stamp showing receipt by the WY SOS.
The resignation actually applies to 24 companies (which I can't copy and paste, since it's an image document). I haven't done any research on the companies, but the dates on the record numbers for those companies seems to indicate Vcorp was registered agent for them for a range of dates, from 2010-2018. It looks like they were the RA for Green Stream Finance since 2016.
