Totally agree couldn't of stated it better & that is not conjecture les...one can't keep taking an eraser to the board & simply wipe away these Boyz past failures & conitual missteps w/o holding them accountable for lost monies & massively increasing share count on each failed venture. To date their is absolutely NOTHING for sh's to show they should have any confidence in the Boyz going forward, proof of this les is believing 20 + years of their failures in B & W filings, not the Boyz lip service...NOTHING / ZERO!!!....: > (...!!!

I mostly agree with you. I was merely arguing that the available evidence points more towards incompetent management than any fraud or scam. There's plenty of reason to doubt whether they can make the JuJuy project a success. However, there's also a chance that they can pull it off and finally get some traction. Some dilution doesn't scare me at this point if they can use it to produce significant revenue. My advice is to take some profits if you can and hold some shares to see if it works out.
