DJ TD Ameritrade Limits Exec Annual Bonus To $20M Under Plan

TD Ameritrade Holding Corp. (AMTD) said Tuesday that no company executive officer will receive annual bonuses of more than $20 million under a new bonus plan.
Under the plan, bonuses will be based on the achievement of earnings-per-share targets, the Omaha, Neb., brokerage firm said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
TD Ameritrade said target bonuses will range from one time to nine times the executive's salary depending on that executive's position.
