The defendants requested the stipulation and Chanbond agreed and complied and the defendants just disregarded the stipulation because they "wished" to disregard it. Sheesh. You should read the letter if you haven't. It's mind boggling. Of course, they have just been profiting off of this stolen tech for years because they "wished" to use it.
