Still, so far, no one has made a serious case that the new company is a scam. The only argument so far that I can think of would be that since Ken arranged the merger, it must be a scam. But if it is a scam, it seems to have a pretty 'deep' backstory. And, why would the likes of INTL be on the ASK?
