Any company buying this will buy knowing what they can do with these products that AW couldn't. They will have the capital to market these very effective products worldwide and know what they can make ($$$$$) with them. THAT would be the determining price in their head they will have for negotiations. YES, they can squeeze AW as much as they like but is it worth the gamble of losing out to what might be other prospective buyers now or in the future? Let's hope that AW was honest when he said that he would sell only if the offer was'obscene' (forgot exact term). I think he knows what he has and no one will steal it from him.
It's all about these effective products and how successful one feels they can be, selling them.
