Longtime Syracuse basketball coach Jim Boeheim reportedly struck and killed a pedestrian with his vehicle around midnight Wednesday.
Boeheim was driving on Interstate 690 when the accident occurred, according to Syracuse.com. A man in his 30s was in a car with four others when their vehicle crashed for unknown reasons. The man then got out and was struck by Boeheim. Boeheim was given a blood-alcohol content test, which showed he had no alcohol in his system and was released.
