My gut is that he spends every waking hour focused on this company and works his #€£ off, traveling all over creation. I know he gets paid well for this, but just because he doesn’t buy in the open mkt doesn’t mean he doesn’t have skin in.

I’m just saying he is highly incented and aligned with us from an upside standpoint.

He has not paid for anything yet with his own money. We all have skin in the game because we have put our money into this company. Big difference.

Since all of his money comes originally from the company, we are just shifting around how he obtained those share rights.
So instead of getting 50% bonus in shares, he could have gotten the same in cash and turned around and bought shares. Maybe the stock option method gives him a smaller tax burden.
