It’s all speculation, but certainly has an ToN of coincidences.
Now there’s never really such thing as coincidence however, I’d say Eddy Cue figures he could wrap the publishers into the proposal of 50/50 Profits. Looks like the industry is kicking back.

Now we all know Pixels international presence, so I’d say well be the bulk of the news / magazine content being supplied to Apple.

With that said and the figures presented on the board about textured capital funding and potential acquisition price....I’d say Pixel is over 1Bil at this point.

LOL - it should be some multiple of revenue. It will not be half a billion. Plus I don't think that can be classified as "speculation" so much as daydreaming. Remember, this company settled for revocation rather than tell shareholders what was really going on. Priceless. Apple+Google+Amazon+Microsoft. That's just simply not realistic. Plus, if someone buys Pixelmags, they will be buying it from SPCL or whoever owns SPCL. Subsidiaries do not work as you are trying to imply. No one is buying PixelMags from SPCL shareholders. Shareholders will get nothing. LMAO.

The real question is how much will each spcl shareholder get once Apple-Google-Amazon-Microsoft-High Times buys us. What are we worth?
