Exactly. It still states the same thing on the Case minutes. If it was going to be dismissed or vacated, it would have already been updated.

yes ,the judge would kick caseys ass if he wasted courts time ,casey would have terminated the case as soon as he knew their was any opposition ,if they get this far its going thru , the judges know casey and lazar are doing what is best for shareholders
