'time' - Hedge funds do anything that will stick a buck in their pockets! Combine that idea with 'LFG's post and include they may have not been able to determine the outcome of the lease -that would also coincide why they did NOT buy the equipment outright! Also informing parties that own those restricted shares might keep 'deals' on track! SC
