All we have to do is wait for congress to enact their planned minimum AND MAXIMUM compensation legislation. Surely the government will determine that MS and LW are being overpaid.
However, the gov't might see that big oil is making too much money and that they should take it from big oil and give it to CYGX because CYGX isn't making huge profits.
I agree with your take on mgmt. If I were MS and LW, $10 million would look mighty good. Especially at MS' age. Surely congress will seek to repeal the cap gains tax reduction as well as the death tax.
Maybe this democratic takeover is a blessing in disguise as now there is incentive for MS to cash out.
