HC, I don't really get your reasoning. Because MS and LW pay themselves what most would consider to be a lot of money, and give themselves a lot of shares, arguable much more than is warranted based on performance and the financial status of the company, we are supposed to conclude that the future must be bright.

However, MS and LW could sell CYGX out for a 1.25 a share and be multi-millionaires. Is that what you mean by a bright future. By taking so much stock, MS and LW have individual interests that are no longer in line with the average shareholder who holds between 10k and 250k shares.

If I were holding 8 million shares that I paid little or nothing for, I would have to strongly consider the opportunity to cash out at more than 10 million dollars taxed at the current capital gains rate of 15%.
