On the contrary, PwC makes it VERY clear the false statements are that the common shares have value. And that they won't be cancelled, because they will be cancelled, which is why FINRA was notified - they will delete the ticker at any time from this point forward.
Except this "false information" is and was right in line with what PWC has just stated. The only false info on this board has been from those who have been saying the company and shares would survive, in some fashion. Nothing could be further from the truth.
