I've seen this many times, as well. RS's are for scam companies. Scam companies includes companies that don't make money, sit on their tail and rely on investors for salaries and to keep the lights on, tell lies, etc.

WDBGD was the first one I saw go up after a RS. UBQU doesn't need to split to go up. Look at APR*U it went to .06 and now it's at .01 with a 50 BILLION OS LOL
