I've seen this many times, as well. RS's are for scam companies. Scam companies includes companies that don't make money, sit on their tail and rely on investors for salaries and to keep the lights on, tell lies, etc.

I DON'T KNOW ANY OTHER WAY TO WARN UBQU OTHER THAN A MESSAGE BOARD. DON'T DO IT! YOU ARE A DEVELOPING COMPANY--DEVELOP YOUR COMPANY FIRST AND THE PPS WILL TAKE CARE OF ITSELF.
