I think both sides used poor analogies but it flew with the judge. The outcome will be solely based on whether the judge thinks the invalidated claims are too general to be considered for only computer systems. I feel like this topic wasn’t sufficiently addressed and my opinion is we will see this heard at another level of the courts if they accept the case.
