Problem is, no clue if it had anything to do with the actual treatment. Just like NWBO.

It's why you run a adequate well controlled trial (with control arm obviously). The DCVax P3 is not that with it's confounded control arm, non-randomization, and erroneous crossover.

And you have no clue if any patients used grapefruit juice. And perhaps if THAT was the treatment arm, you'd have even better results. I'm sure Dole and Sunkist can run a better RCT than this group.
