Yeah, I think Les uses hearsay and his own notorious density on all things beyond lawyering as excusable confusion. Ike's efforts, another lawyer by the way, while very much appreciated, gave us off the record fluff. Some of the questions probably need to be followed up on at the ASM. Essentially if you tried to later say, "but Les said...." Les would be the first, not the last to tell you it was all hearsay and Ike had the critical parts slightly off -- if he wanted an out.
