Also didn’t they say it would take 6 months to a year to have the plant operating again. I wonder why it would take so long for a state of the art, $150M biotech plant to take that long to be ready. Did they need the extra time to sell furniture or to announce the second transaction so they could fully operate it. And in all of this, LCY is no where to be found, their letter is still under steal, and has not been mentioned once, even though it’s a joint venture between LCY and Visolis

They own the plant, the sale was closed, documented clearly and directly in the monitor’s reports to the bankruptcy court and judge. Speculation that the monitor has essentially lied in those reports is ridiculous.
