Exactly War buddy! It's costing the Rotman family nothing to do this because of the NOL which is a tremendous tax write off for them! But Greg Rotman specifically told me on Wednesday morning that his father was not going to merge in his family's biz unless and until all the insiders and board members agreed to remove the entire convertible debt off the books so that he could then merge Rotman's into VYST with a pristine balance sheet and immediately qualify/exceed the Nasdaq's minimum threshold for asset base and per annum revenue run rate!
