If it's any inconvenience at all, then don't bother. The ASM will be a complete waste of time. Maybe she'll talk about touchdowns this time instead of home runs, who knows, but the fact is that there is nothing happening with this company and the product it is supposed to be bringing to market. There is a reason why they refuse to stop this trial, and they are not going to tell shareholders what that reason is.
Going to ASM may not get you nuggets directly from management, but there may be others present that you can converse offline with other attendees where you could possibly ask them a few of your questions to see what they may "think". I might actually go since it is on a Saturday.
