Don't worry too much about the websites of the various trial centres - this is not a main way to find and be included in an appropriate trial.

Pretty certain that patients with AD are on the books of each hospital and will be offered to participate as appropriate.

I am not concerned - they may be smaller sites or have a different culture, working closely with doctors. Doctors would just point to the main Anavex trial web page or fill out the application with patients.
