I totally agree if this was some kind of scam why even file a 10Q why not just stay pink and slowly dump shares none of which has happened. The California deal was a big surprise to me also BUT it looks like they ran into somethings that they were not made aware of when they signed the deal why else would the others party agree to cancel the deal and pay back money. Try buying a house and go back a few months later and say you want your money back for no reason it won’t happen but go back with a lawyer and say you didn’t tell me this or than and you just might get your money. Who really knows what happened but to tell you the truth California looks like a hard place for legit MJ growers to make money may it’s a good thing they got out of there. IMO this CBD looks like a big deal and I can’t wait to hear more details it looks like we are back on track. Or soon will be with the next filing
