As far as Spencer, Trask is concerned, I don't take their presence or absence as meaning anything much one way or the other. What I do take as significant is that MOBL stock was used to buy Kite. No cash involved. I also think it's significant that Jay has millions of shares to option at some point in time, and I don't think he would consider 12 cents a very good value.
I don't know who's selling, but I guess some of those 144 recipients is as good of a possibility as any. My question is, who would be dumb enough to wait until a day before the CC to sit there and sell at the low point unless they thought the CC news was bad? This just isn't the typical scenario. The rest of the story is that if I thought the news was going to be bad, would I wait right up until the last moment to sell? No, I wouldn't. I would have sold earlier and not hold off right to the last moment and taken a lower price. So what's the logic of those who jumped ship today? Nothing sounds logical at the moment.
Incidentally, regarding TXPO, I see you have at least two .OB stocks. I think you're more of a gambler than I am. One's quite enough for me.
