WRONG! The company issue NEWS ON NOV 16, 2018 That is only last month.

They seemed to have everything going for them, but have fallen off the face of the earth since about this time last year... no updates, no pr, and over a half billion more shares added... I would love to invest more in this, but holding at a higher price- GLTA

Just like I show on my DD the company fully audited their financial statements. They were delay the 10Q and 10K. The last time they updated their filed was on Oct/11/2018 and also updated their share count on 01/18/2019
When company deal with merger or acquisitions it might needs more times to file.
