Ok, I think we've beaten this point to death now. Let's move on and not keep going back and forth about the same point, shall we?

One important concept that a lot of traders overlook (or at least they forget about it much of the time - including myself, by the way) is that if a given play were 100% transparent and clear that it is an amazing steal at a given PPS, then it doesn't remain at that PPS for very long, does it?

Typically the higher the risk, the higher the reward. Not always, but it's a general trend. And those of us trading OTC stocks do like the potential for very high rewards, right? So then...logic follows that...

You have valid points. Just need clarification on it from the company.

I’ve seen a smaller float get split.

And when you read the paragraph from the pr that mentions the r/s it looks like it can be read as “reverse split” as it says, or “reverse merger”, as others mention it meant to say. So I can also see what others are saying.

Just with the recent pr it mention “reduction” and that get mean something either way also... just need clarity.

I’ll take the risk. But will be nice to here from the company.

Nothing vague to say the least here:

"If it was either of the later then they sure were extremely vague about it.. why not just address it head on??"

Some form of consolidation was mentioned twice. It is not vague when considering how other Companies will put forth a proposed split of at least "two up to 250"...etc. So given that...we again look at the free trading shares(float)...and the old restricted shares:

Public Float 51,123,000
Free Trading 51,123,000

Old restricted 114,741,527

We do not want any old restricted shares...but we need a respectable float that is not too small. Can't have any float less than a million..eh? It happens..and it is cht'. A Company has to be smart here...and many times such is lax'...as in lacking creativity

p,s....any nano buying back shares is complete crap! Buying back shares via any Company is crap... period! Straight up waste of capital.

Our filing with FINRA will include a name change from Telupay International, Inc. (TLPY) to Celexus, Inc. (CXUS) along with a reverse split of the total issued and outstanding shares of 90 to 1.
