I don't doubt that but I don't believe anything via phone call versus The Press. I actually called him myself yesterday and sent him an email with no response with this exact question.

Thank you for sharing this information SRV. While I am a long here and hoping for the best possible outcome for TLPY, I also have to be honest and practical and agree with this other poster that an error on the scale of stating "reverse split" in lieu of "reverse merger" in an official company PR needs to be clarified in another official press release. Let's hope D James makes at least some small effort to officially correct/clarify this matter, because otherwise, it just casts doubt, right?
